playing with th idea of a mini magazine for promotional

i have been talking with my friends who i also collaborate with often to get something like a mailer in a magazine format to send out to magazines, investors, possible sponsors, etc. this is what i came up with tonight just playing around with the idea of a cover.  what do you think?
